"No Hidden Cost" pricing exists for each of our tours to Israel!
To register for the tour of your choosing and reserve your spot, all you will need to do is complete the registration form on the back of the color brochure, along with your $500 deposit. For the November 3-17, 2012 tour to Egypt, Jordan, and Israel, early bird discount of $100 will be offered through February 13, 2012.
Upon request, I will send you a pack of information about the tour. However, to streamline the process, you can download the PDF version and Registration Form (click below) for each tour and simply use that to complete your registration. Simply print out the form and send it directly back to Imagine Tour and Travel. You will be invoiced in the following weeks for the balance (due 90 days prior to the trip).
All prices listed are "all inclusive," meaning that the price includes the current departure taxes, all tips (handled for the group by Pastor DeLancey), all hotels & 2 meals daily, entry fees to sites.
1. To secure your place on the tour, your $500 deposit/person is to be sent in with the Registration Form directly to Imagine Tour and Travel. If you already have a current passport, a copy of the name/number page should be photocopied and set in along with the registration form. This will guarantee the correct matching of your passport name with the airline ticket. If you don't have a current passport, please apply as soon as possible. Once you get it, this information should be sent in later. You also can obtain the highly recomended travel insurance through Imagine Tours & Travel.
2. For those desiring a single room, a flat fee of is listed specifically for each tour. If you are traveling alone, we will do our best to find you an appropriate roommate. It usually is never a problem finding you a roommate.
3. Final payment is to be made 90 days prior to the departure date. Invoices will be sent to you. Payment arrangements can be made if there is a problem with date of deadline.
4. Optional travel insurance for each tour is highly recommended. Coverage is offered by Travel Guard International. Their insurance brochure lists coverages. The price of the insurance varies according to the price of the trip. Travel Guard's phone number is 1-800-826-1300 if you have any specific questions about coverage.
5. Mail your registration form and deposit (and insurance premium if desired) directly to Imagine Tours and Travel.
